High North Conference

As we think that the Arctic Council are working with several important issues on the political agenda that is relevant for this conference, we would very much like to invite you to give a presentation at the conference. We would like to suggest a speech under the session "Intenasjonalt forskningssamarbeid" to which you may suggest a proper title. A presentation of the relevant work of the Arctic Council concerning the recommendations for the establishment of a sustained Arctic observing network (SAON), possibly also activities that may contribute to maintaining the legacy of the International Polar Year (IPY), would be very highly appreciated at the conference.
