The World Reindeer Herders' Congress is comprised of delegates and representatives from 28 reindeer herding regions around the entire circumpolar North. Also the national and international reindeer herding management bodies, national and international research and education institutions and bodies, and other public and private organisations and bodies working with reindeer herding and minority peoples’ issues are invited to the Congress.
