The Kingdom of Denmark Chairship of the Arctic Council and the Chairship Youth Committee invites organizations, researchers, practitioners, Indigenous representatives, youth leaders, and other stakeholders to submit proposals for the 2nd Arctic Youth Conference. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful dialogue, share expertise, and engage directly with young people from across the Arctic and beyond.
Whether through workshops, panel discussions, interactive sessions, exhibitions, or other creative formats, we welcome proposals that foster collaboration, amplify youth perspectives, and explore the opportunities and challenges shaping the future of the Arctic.

The Arctic Youth Conference is a premier event bringing together young leaders, researchers, activists, and professionals from around the world to discuss and address the challenges and opportunities in the Arctic region. This is your chance to contribute to meaningful discussions, showcase your work, and inspire others.

We welcome a creative and engaging variety of session and workshop formats to break with the traditional conference format. Priority will be given to proposals that are youth-led, action-oriented, and proposals that encourage interaction with conference participants.
Side events will generally be allocated a 55-minute time slot. Should your proposed session require additional time to achieve its objectives, please indicate this in your submission, and requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
