© ACS Save the date: Arctic Biodiversity Summit May 22, 2026БиоразнообразиеKingdom of Denmark's Chairship, 2025-2027 The Kingdom of Denmark’s Chairship of the Arctic Council is organizing the international summit on 16-18 March 2027 The Kingdom of Denmark’s Chairship of the Arctic Council announced that the Arctic Biodiversity Summit 2027 will take place in Nuuk, Greenland from 16–18 March 2027. The Summit will bring together scientists, policymakers, Indigenous Peoples’ representatives, youth, local hunters and fishers, as well as a wide range of biodiversity stakeholders to build upon Arctic biodiversity governance and foster enhanced knowledge exchange across the Arctic region. The Summit aims to help build the structures and momentum needed to transform knowledge into influence and promote the conservation and sustainable use of Arctic biodiversity.
